Tin Cans takes to the seas!
This fall, we're taking the show on the road. Well, to be more precise, we're taking the show on the open water. The entire Tin Cans Unlimited organization will move from World HQ in Cleona, PA, to Bermuda via the Royal Caribbean ship Grandeur of the Seas.
We're doing this for a variety of reasons. And, given the wild interest this news seems have generated, we decided to mention a few of them here. (It was either that or create a Wiki.)
1. Team Building.
Over the past two years, we've developed an awesome group of people - and they are coming together nicely. But in many ways, many of them still don't know each other, and that affects how we all work together. A trip like this will force us all to get to know one another a lot better.
2. Regroup and Refocus.
It's been a wild year. Folks are working extremely hard to take care of all of our clients. Getting away from the office for a few days will only help every member of the team to re-energize and continue providing outstanding service.
3. Totally Rewarding.
It's been a wildly successful year. This trip is our way of saying THANK YOU to our employees - and their families - for all they do for our clients.
4. Wicked FUN!
Come on, who wouldn't want to spend a work week on a cruise ship?!
